Through a cancellation slot secured by Telesa Will, Benjamin arrives at Kootenai Outpatient Imaging in Coeur d'Alene. He is brought back for an ordered MRI of his right shoulder. Believing abdominal imaging has been deliberately withheld, he tells the two female technicians that an abdominal MRI was also to be performed. Barely able to sit, the techs help him get as comfortable as possible in the machine and ask what music he would like — he requests classical guitar and they pull up a Pandora station. Benjamin falls asleep. When they wake him, their demeanor has shifted entirely — visibly shaken, near tears, they apologize for what happened to him. Neither technician appears anywhere in Benjamin's medical records.

Walking out the Imaging front doors to the Yukon, Benjamin notices an unidentified man leaving Heather Goodner's driver side window and walking away.
